OUR BIBLE PICTURES

We offer many different Bible editions in several different designs, but we haven’t made every design for every Bible edition we sell (yet!).  This means the pictures we display are meant to highlight the custom handcrafted cover rather than the text pages of the Bible (aka the text block) itself.  The Bible edition that we’ve crafted the cover for may be different than the Bible edition we’re selling, with different page gilding, thumb-indexing tabs, size, thickness, or other features.  As often as we can, we use pictures from Bibles editions with similar features to the Bible editions we’re listing.

OUR PROCESS

Each of our leather Bibles is a work of art, meticulously handcrafted from start to finish. We specialize in sourcing the finest full-grain leather and undertake a careful process of Bible rebinding.  Our engraved Bibles and custom Bible covers are perfect for those who seek a personal touch in their spiritual journey. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Sometimes things happen: life gets in the way, there’s a sudden change in finances, or the product you received just isn’t what you thought it would be.  We get it.  We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase, so in the rare case where you need to reach out to us for a refund or exchange we want to share these guidelines.

• Cancellations before shipment:  Orders can be cancelled within seven days of purchase, no questions asked.  If it has been more than seven days, it’s likely that we’ve ordered materials, so we’ll need to discuss your cancellation options.  Either way, please contact us.
• Product returns (refunds/exchanges): To start the product return process, please contact us and provide the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Customized Bibles:  If your order was customized (such as including laser engraving or name stamping), we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there is an obvious error in the design.  If there was an obvious error in the design of your custom Bible, we will gladly exchange the Bible and recreate a new custom Bible for you.
  • Non-Customized Bibles:  We will generally accept returns and exchanges for non-customized Bibles within 14 days of delivery.  If the return or exchange is because of an obvious error in our design, we will send you a return label.  Otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.  To qualify for a return or exchange, the Bible must be in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.
  • Refund Processing: We process refunds upon receipt, inspection and acceptance of the returned item.  After we’ve accepted the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
  • Exchange Processing: Once we’ve accepted a Bible to be exchanged for a new/redone design, we will make our best effort to build a new Bible as quickly as possible.  However, we cannot promise delivery sooner than our normal processing time.  We will cover the cost of shipping your new Bible to you.

PROCESSING TIMES

We custom-build all of our Bibles to order on first-in, first-out basis.  Our wait time varies, depending on the number of orders we have.  It may be as little as 6 weeks or as much as 10 weeks or longer.  If you need to have your Bible done sooner, please reach out to us and we can discuss available options.
