REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Sometimes things happen: life gets in the way, there’s a sudden change in finances, or the re-bound/customized Bible you received back just isn’t what you thought it would be. We get it. We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase, so in the rare case where you need to reach out to us for a refund or exchange we want to share these guidelines.

• Cancellations before shipment: Orders can be cancelled within seven days of purchase, no questions asked. If it has been more than seven days, it’s likely that we’ve ordered materials, so we’ll need to discuss your cancellation options. Either way, please contact us.

• Product returns (refunds/exchanges): To start the product return process, please contact us and provide the reason for the return or exchange.

For custom rebindings, if there was an obvious error in the design of your custom Bible cover or in the repair of the Bible you provided to us, we will gladly redo or repair the Bible.  Otherwise we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom rebinding requests.

PROCESSING TIMES

We custom-build all of our Bibles to order on first-in, first-out basis.  When you send your Bible to us for custom rebinding, it will be placed in our production queue when we receive it. Our typical wait time for Bibles is approximately 6 weeks. If you need to have your Bible done sooner, please reach out to us and we can discuss available options.
