Heather listened carefully as I explained the loss of my bible due to water damage. I located a copy of the same edition and sent it. A great deal of care was given to understanding exactly what I wanted. I received my bible today and it is excellent. No disappointments. I can not say enough positive things about my experience with Schaeffner Co. I will cherish this edition far above the other editions and translations I have.

I have bought 2 Bibles – 1 as a gift and 1 for myself. The recipient of the gift said that it is the most beautiful Bible she has ever seen. My Bible is the sheepskin floral, and it is gorgeous. Heather spent a good bit of time on the phone with me helping me to choose all of the best features for my needs. She was so kind and did a beautiful job of designing the Bible. The quality of this Bible is not surpassed. The sheepskin feels so good and the floral pattern gives it a unique look. Bravo, Schaeffner for a job well done!

I’m confident the Bibles themselves are absolutely amazing, which is why I chose to order one especially since this was a custom Bible being built from scratch as a Christmas gift.

That said, the process has taken longer than expected. I placed my order over six weeks ago and, as of now, I haven’t received the Bible or a clear update on its progress. When I reached out by email, it sounded like the order may not have been started yet, and although I was told it would ship this week, I haven’t heard anything further.

I genuinely love supporting small businesses (I own a couple myself), and I understand that custom craftsmanship takes time. However, this gift has been increasingly prolonged, which has been a bit challenging.

I’m looking forward to receiving the Bible and truly hope to update this with a great review once it arrives.

I am sure the Bible is beautiful but we have yet to received it. When we inquired the Bible hasn’t even been made yet. If you are trying to gift a I would find a faster company. I will update when I receive the Bible.
